Exhalation Integrative Wellness, LLC is a naturopathic health and wellness practice which combines multiple disciplines and schools of thought to create diverse approaches to drug-free therapy.  Our "whole-istic" approach to healing and wellness helps to increase client awareness of  the conditions within their total-being; thus leading to a more healthy, holistic lifestyle.  We consider all elements of lifestyle including diet, exercise and nutrition; as well as overall physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well being.

Here, you'll find links and resources that have helped me to understand God's plan for me.  It is only by God's Grace that I am able to share His perfect will and purpose for my life with you.  For this, I am eternally grateful.

I am a Certifed Reiki Practitioner (pronounced "ray-kee"), a Healing Touch International Practitioner Apprentice and a candidate for a Doctorate in Naturopathy.   The integrative therapies in which I have taken an interest are founded in Energy Medicine concepts.  A great deal of research has been done in this area and much more research is being done.  There are also clinical trials currently underway to evaluate the benefits of Healing Touch and Reiki on many illnesses and diseases; such as traumatic injuries, chemotherapy, radiation, varying stages of terminal illness and more.

What I have learned is that this gift has taken many forms, over many centuries and offered many benefits at all times.  I envision my practice as a wheel with many different spokes.  At the HUB of my wheel is GOD as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

I am a Healer by my soul's purpose.  Both Healing Touch and Reiki, for me, is parallel to what my traditional spiritual beliefs refer to as Laying on of the Hands. 

Whatever YOU call it, however YOU describe it, there is only one source.  It is well-known by many names, recognized in all cultures and has been practiced for many centuries.  It is always with us, ready and willing to heal an open heart.
